Scott Maysura - Lead Consultant at Floodlight Consulting Group
Scott Maysura is a seasoned restoration professional with 20 years of industry experience, including roles in ownership, commercial large loss management, and operations. He started his career within the Paul Davis franchise system in 2003 and has since demonstrated strong business acumen and coaching skills. Scott was key in creating and developing the LDT course at Floodlight Consulting Group, where he works closely with clients to drive business growth through strategic planning and process development.
Before joining Floodlight, Scott was the Director of Commercial Operations at Rainbow Restoration, where he led the commercial initiative and Rapid Response team. He also provided business coaching for Aire Serv and Rainbow Restoration brands. Scott's diverse career includes roles from technician to company owner, with significant achievements such as generating over $12 million in multi-family restoration.
